Talent Manager Ubi Franklin has spoken about his feelings for his ex-wife and mother of his son, Lilian Esoro.

In a Question and Answer session with his followers on Instagram, he revealed that he still loves Lilian as they share a son.

The fan wrote, “Are you still in love with your son’s mom, the most beautiful Lillian?”.

He replied, “We have a son together, and love will always live there”.

Another fan had asked if he had any hope of remarrying, and he said yes.

A third fan had asked when he was getting married. “When are you getting married again or maybe to your formal wife. I like una two together, I swear”.

He replied, “Make una find me wife na. Application portal is open now”.

During Davido’s wedding, Ubi Franklin and Lillian Esoro had stolen a little moment as they exchanged pleasantries. In a viral video, Lilian was seen going to the wedding hall as Ubi Franklin, who was recording her, sang her praises. The two shared a moment before the actress headed into the hall. Praising her, Ubi called Lilian his baby before the world.

Recall that Lilian and Ubi Franklin got married in 2015 and separated a year after welcoming their son. Lilian first filed for divorce in a Lagos High Court, and it was denied. Ubi filed in Abuja, and after years of back and forth in court, their marriage was officially dissolved on January 28th, 2021.

Opening up on their divorce in a mature way on Instagram, Ubi stated that when one puts up with another without love, then the result is grudges, resentment, hate, and a general dislike.

Also, speaking up on her divorce, Lilian revealed that her marriage was shaky right from their engagement. She noted how many told her she shouldn’t have gone ahead with the wedding, but she doesn’t regret it, as her son is the product of that marriage. She admitted that the divorce took a toll on her, and she fell into depression and had to seek help.
