A video surfaced recently of someone collapsed on the floor, and it is creating a buzz on social media because a lot of people thought it was Nigerian singer Tekno having a seizure.
In the video posted, the person could be seen laying motionless on the floor, while people scurried around, trying to revive him.
Tekno was made aware of the whole incident, and he went on Twitter to debunk the rumors that he was the one in the aforementioned video.
In his post, Tekno wrote;
”Hey guys, I’m hale and hearty and not currently in South Africa. I hope whoever that was in the video is doing well and ok. Thank you guys. Love you”
With this short and simple tweet, Tekno was able to quell down the rumors and lower the concerns about his health, because already, netizens were giving diagnosis, and showing concern about the singer’s health.

The only time Tekno has come out to reveal that he has a health challenge was few years ago, when he took a sabbatical from singing, due to a throat infection.
He went awol from the music scene for a while, and upon his return, he gave his reasons for leaving in the first place.
Tekno isn’t the only Nigerian singer that has had to treat a throat infection, an singer Teni also went through a similar ordeal, and even had to get surgery done.
