“Keep ranting on Twitter, nothing will happen” – Alesh Sanni slams Nigerians for petitioning Netflix over Toyin Abraham

Nollywood actor Alesh Sanni has stepped in to defend his senior colleague, Toyin Abraham, against angry Nigerians.

The filmmaker is under heat for arresting one of her trolls and leaving him in police custody for some time. One of the trolls came online to accuse the actress of detaining his mother, a claim the actress denied by stating that the said mother refused to leave the police station due to her son’s arrest.

Following this, Nigerians massively reported her to the streaming platform Netflix for her movies to be taken down. Netizens urged the streaming platform to boycott her movies and taken a firm stance against her behaviour.

Now speaking up, Alesh noted how some Nigerians are on another level of bitterness and are frustrated souls looking for who to recruit into their fucking frustrations. He stated that one would think most of them are fighting for good governance; meanwhile, it’s nothing but hatred and jealousy.

He noted how they bullied Toyin to the extent of cursing her child and instigating death on a young, innocent soul, and yet when she arrested him, they attacked her. Calling it witchcraft, he made them know that nothing will happen and that the only thing they can do is to rant.

“Some Nigerians are on another level of bitterness. Damn! Frustrated souls looking for who to recruit into their fucking frustrations. You would think most of them are fighting for good governance. Meanwhile, it’s nothing but hatred and jealousy. Y’all bully a woman to the extent of cursing her child and instigating death on a young, innocent soul? Damn!! She retaliated by arresting the culprit.

Now, y’all formed a motion to report her hard work Netflix movies and calling for a ban on all her movie appearances. Wow!! Una deserve una govt cause most of y’all are even wicked than the people in govt. Cause wtf is this witchcraft for? On top of one hardened bully that deserves jail term for threat to life. People who can’t even look you in the eye typing rubbish online. Koni dafun gbogbo yin.

Stup!d people everywhere ….. you go learn a lesson from this one …. Keep ranting on your Twitter… nothing to happen”.

Alesh Sanni isn’t the only one who showed support for Toyin. Saidi Balogun slammed those trolling her, as he noted everyone used the police to arrest their neighbours for the smallest offence but made it a bullying case when it involved a celebrity.

Biola Bayo spoke about how she had tried to contact Toyin several times but to no avail. The mother of one prayed that God would stand by and strengthen Toyin Abraham in this difficult time and that her light would never go dim.
